BARRE Fitness:
Ladies fitness class, distinguished from regular group fitness by using the Ballet Barre and incorporating movements derived from Ballet. Movements and positions are combined with those drawn from yoga, Pilates & resistance training. Equipment such as resistance bands, straps, exercise balls, weights, and Bosu balls are often used as well. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Golden rule in these classes is quality of movement not quantity!
Dress code: Regular gym attire, either bare foot or grip socks only.
